Online Antenuptial Contract Process
Step by Step:
- Complete and submit the form online.
- Submit a copy of your IDs and proof of address.
- You will receive a confirmation mail with an invoice.
- Proceed to make payment and submit proof.
- You will receive your draft ANC via mail.
- If you are satisfied with the ANC, a power of attorney with the ANC attached as an annexure will be emailed to you. You will receive instructions on how to sign it.
- The signed copy must be emailed to us to check that it has been signed correctly.
- The original power of attorney with ANC annexure must then be couriered/dropped off at a designated address in Bellville.
- The ANC will then be signed by the person designated in your power of attorney.
- Once signed you will receive proof of the same for your marriage officer.
- The ANC will be registered at the Deeds office.
- Once duly registered the original copy will be returned to our offices.
- On receipt, we will notify you that it is ready for collection.
- Certified Copies will be included in the package for your records
*This option should only be used by couples who have a sound knowledge of the various options available to them and are comfortable making a choice without advice and guidance from a Notary Public. This option is strictly reserved for couples who are marrying out of community of property without accrual.
In Person Antenuptial Contract Process
Step by Step:
- Complete contact information page.
- You will be contacted to setup a consultation.
- During the consultation we can discuss the various options available to you and the basics of an antenuptial contract
- The contract will be drafted accordingly and submitted to you for approval.
- Once approved, we will meet a second time to sign the ANC.
- Once signed you will receive proof of the same for your marriage officer.
- It will be notarized and submitted to the Deeds office for registration.
- Once registered and we receive the duly endorsed contract back, you will be notified that it is ready for collection.
- Certified Copies will be included in the package for your records.
